Kavach assesses and treats bed-bug problems in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Hotel room treatment is quoted separately from the quarterly inspection programme, with the scope and room-use precautions agreed before work starts.
Treatment or regular hotel inspections?
An infested hotel room needs a separate treatment quote.
- Guest-room treatment uses steam plus a residual treatment over three visits.
- The per-room fee is quoted before work starts.
- The reported room and nearby rooms are inspected to assess the extent.
Room Shield covers quarterly inspections and a record card for each guest room.
- An infestation found during an inspection is a separate treatment job, not an included callback.
- The hotel kitchen is quoted separately.
What should a hotel manager send?
- Property type and city: Kathmandu, Lalitpur or Bhaktapur.
- Total room count, suspected affected rooms and where activity was observed.
- Whether you want a current room problem assessed, regular inspections, or both.
- Housekeeping and occupancy constraints that affect access.
Do not send guest names or private guest information. Room numbers and relevant observations are enough to begin a discussion.
We agree what to prepare before attendance. A room being treated stays out of use until we advise that it can be used again; timing depends on the treatment, so there is no single reopening time for every room.
Bed-bug treatment questions
How much does bed-bug treatment cost?
Hotel guest-room treatment is quoted per room before work starts. The quote distinguishes inspection, treatment and any minimum or travel charge. No fixed bed-bug treatment price is published.
Is the inspection programme enough to prevent every case?
No. An inspection records what was found that day; it cannot prevent a guest bringing bed bugs into a property later.
Do you treat homes as well as hotels?
One-off bed-bug treatments are available for homes, quoted for the property. Tell us the property type so the assessment and treatment scope can be agreed; do not assume the hotel room arrangement is a household price.
How quickly will you reply?
WhatsApp replies are within 2–3 hours, between 5 AM and 9 PM. We then agree an inspection time. A reply does not promise immediate attendance.
Is a newly affected hotel room a free callback?
A room newly found infested is a separate treatment job. If pests come back within 48 hours of a scheduled service, tell us and we return to re-treat at no charge, under the written callback terms.
