Here is what happens to the information you enter when you ask Kavach for a quote, and how website contact actions are measured.
Your quote details
The quote form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.
- This website has no form-receipt backend.
- The message contains the quote details you enter.
- The message also includes a broad source clue and the website entry page so Kavach can understand how the enquiry began.
WhatsApp handles the message under its own terms and privacy policy. Only share information needed for a quote; do not include guest names, medical records or other sensitive details. Contact Kavach on 981-8499308 about your enquiry information.
Website and optional analytics
The site uses Cloudflare hosting and its existing website analytics beacon. Cloudflare may process connection and technical request information as part of hosting and site measurement. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Web Analytics information.
Session attribution
The attribution record lasts for the current browsing session.
- Stored: a broad source category and a clean entry-page path.
- Not stored in that record: your name, quote text, precise address or complete referral URL.
- The quote can still work if browser storage is unavailable.
Optional Google Analytics
Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless Kavach configures an account. If configured, it loads only after you choose to allow it.
- Call clicks, WhatsApp clicks and quote handoffs are contact actions, not proof of received enquiries.
- Personal form details and WhatsApp message URLs are excluded from event data.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent optional analytics loading.
Pictures and service information
Generated service pictures are labelled illustrative. Blank sample records show the format, not proof of completed work. A Kavach service certificate is not a government approval. Confirm site-specific prices, visit scope and preparation before booking.
