Kavach means shield. We provide pest management for premises in the Kathmandu Valley, with written records of findings, treatment and follow-up instructions.
Why We Write
Everything Down
A pest control visit is only useful if you can show what was done. We built Kavach around that: every visit leaves a written record that a health inspector, a procurement lead or a tour operator can read.
Evidence, not assurances
Every product batch logged, every bait station numbered, every visit photographed.
Records you can show
A logbook on site, a WhatsApp photo report and a Kavach service certificate. A Kavach service record or certificate is not a government approval.
Visits that fit your hours
Booked between 5 AM and 9 PM at a time that suits you, for example before a kitchen opens.
How Our Service Works

We work between 5 AM and 9 PM and agree each visit time with you in advance.

Contracts first
Most of our work is on contracts, because regular visits keep pests down and keep prices predictable. One-off treatments are available too.

Documentation is the product
The logbook, the photo report and the service certificate are what you are paying for.

Callbacks are free
If pests come back within 48 hours of a scheduled service, tell us and we return to re-treat at no charge. This is written into every contract.
What We Don't Do
Kavach provides pest management. These services are outside our current scope:
- General cleaning.
- Government tender work.
- Fumigation.
- Cold-store pest management.
Sample Records & Procurement Requirements
Our blank sample service record shows how a visit is documented. It is a template, not proof of a completed client job. Website pictures are labelled illustrative.
If your procurement team requires a particular licence, registration or document, tell us before booking so we can confirm whether we can meet your requirement. Do not treat a Kavach service certificate as government approval.
