Dry-Warehouse
Monitoring Records

A numbered station map connects each monitoring check to a specific point in your dry warehouse. The visit record should show findings and agreed actions, rather than leave management guessing which areas were checked.

What a useful monitoring record includes

  • The visit date, areas checked and station references.
  • Findings at each relevant numbered station or monitoring point.
  • Products and batches used where treatment was carried out.
  • Goods-in, racking and loading-bay observations relevant to the visit.
  • Structural gaps or optional work that needs a separate quote.

Store Shield provides these monitoring records:

  • A numbered station map.
  • A logbook entry after each visit.
  • A WhatsApp photo report after each visit.

Monthly trend reports are not currently included.

What changes the site quote?

Floor area, layout, goods stored and the way stock arrives affect the monitoring network. Send those details with the location and loading hours; a site visit may be needed to plan the network.

Proofing such as mesh, door sweeps and gap sealing is quoted separately. The written quote lists the stations and traps needed for the agreed scope and their cost.
